I had a lovely stay at Riviera Del Sol. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy balcony where I could relax. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and the bustling 5th avenue. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist me with any questions. The complimentary passes to Mamitas beach club were a great bonus, although it's best to arrive early for the best spot. I also appreciated the international atmosphere of the hotel, with guests from all over the world. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time here. The location is amazing, just a few steps away from all the action on the famous shopping street. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious and comfortably furnished. We especially appreciated the balcony overlooking the garden. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The outdoor swimming pool was a lovely oasis to relax in after a long day of exploring.
Highly recommend this place to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being cleaned every day. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were well-kept and beautiful. The location was perfect for us, as it was just steps away from the beach during the day and close to the bustling 5th avenue. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel near the main Playa del Carmen area. The location was perfect, just a block from Mamitas beach club, which is one of the best spots along the entire strip in the sand daily. The room was spotless and had a comfy king-size bed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a delightful experience with various choices like eggs, freshly squeezed juices, and good coffee. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool was simply breathtaking. The hotel also offered free passes to Mamitas beach club, adding to the overall amazing experience.
The noise from a nearby construction site, but it was not too bothersome and didn't affect our stay in the room.

Comfortable beds, quiet room with new insulated window, excellent clean up, bright shower. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Pleasant outdoor breakfast buffet with palm tree and pool view. Right by 5th Avenue for strolling, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Close and easy beach access, complimentary beach towels and toys. Hotel offers day trips to Maya temples and other excursions.
